Fedex help contacted me after this post and took care of this problem. I was able to pick up my package the next day! Thanks for some GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Sonia and Kristi!!!!! Thumbs up to FedEx!!!
as far as the people or drives r really nice that bring you orders to your house i would gave them a `10 . now the man in my area for pick up a 000 he will tell you go to the area where there is a store for you to drop it and he will pick it up there
FedEx is probably the worst shipping company in the world. If dudes in India can hand-deliver millions of lunches every day without getting anything wrong, a US company could at least have a functional website or a delivery schedule that accounts for people who work for a living.
I wish I could put a ZERO! I live 1.4 miles from this facility! I was shipped a package from Colorado 2 day shipping on Tuesday afternoon. It was scheduled to arrive on Friday before 8:00pm. I checked and it said it was out for delivery. I waited at home all day and no package. Then at 7pm I receive a notice that my package will be delivered AFTER CHRISTMAS!! This is UNACCEPTABLE FEDEX!There is a special Christmas card in that package!!!
Sucks donkey. These people could care less.

I ordered 3 products at same time n day . 2 came Thursday for some reason this one went 15 minutes from me in Alabama to Georgia now says I wasn't available on Friday for delivery when I was home all day
